Sevilla are prepared to sell Steven N'Zonzi in January.
The French midfielder, formerly of Stoke City, is being linked with Everton and Leicester City in England, while Barcelona are also being mentioned as a potential destination.
Sevilla management are aware of the growing interest and have set their asking price.
El Correo de Andalucía says they want to hand N'Zonzi a pay-hike - but also to insert a €40 million buyout clause in a new deal.
Sevilla management believe that is a fair price given the spending power of English clubs.
